Job Location:

Chennai (should be willing to travel to Dubai frequently) Experience: 6 to 8 years in EBS HRMS (Payroll and PMS )
Joining Time: Immediate

Primary Skill :

  • Must have minimum 6 yrs. of relevant experience on Oracle EBS HRMS modules - PMS and Payroll.
  • Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Maintenance Projects.
  • Experience in working on Other modules will be added advantage – PMS, Talent, i-Rec, etc.

Must Have skill :

  • Strong Functional Skills on EBS HRMS on R12 - Core HR, Payroll, PMS and Talent Modules.
  • Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required.
  • Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication.
  • Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences.
  • Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (PMS, Payroll).
  • Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
  • Should be able to handle and support the teams
  • Excellent communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
  • Should have sound knowledge on Techno-functional Skills.
